Warranty & Return

You can return all items that you have purchased from our website, under certain conditions. At Cabriofactory you have a trial period of 14 days for your orders.

We request you to check within 24 hours after receipt of the item whether the product has been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ensure that you receive a replacement product quickly. Damage reported after the trial period doesn’t fall under the warranty regulations.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return the product within the trial period.

Cabriofactory applies rules for returns

If you want to return the order, we ask you to take the following into account:

  • Report your return by e-mail to info@cabriofactory.co.uk
  • Ensure that the package is returned within the trial period of 14 days.
  • Include a fully completed return form with your package.
  • Send your package in a box or with extra packaging to ensure that the item doesn’t arrive damaged or broken.
  • A complete refund is not possible when returning a damaged item.
  • A stamp from the assembly company must be added.

The following is important for quick and proper processing of the returned item:

  • Include a completed return form with your package
  • If you return more than 1 package and you only have 1 return voucher, add a letter to the other packages with your name, address, and invoice number.

Pay attention! When an order is returned unstamped, we will deduct the shipping costs from the amount that may be refunded.

Returning through a TNT Business point

You can hand in most items (maximum 30 kg, 150 liters and/or 80 cm) at a TNT Business point in your area. You will receive a return receipt with a number at the TNT Business Point (don’t lose this).

Do you want to take your package to a TNT Business point? You don’t need to make an appointment. Ask for more information at the TNT Business Point in your area. We recommend that you always request proof of dispatch upon delivery of the package at the post office.

For quick handling of the return we ask you to take care of the following points:

  • Pack the product in a box or envelope to protect the product.
  • Clearly, state the address of Cabriofactory
  • For a quick settlement of your complaint, insert a return form for clarification.

Products must always be returned in the original packaging and good condition.

Return yourself

As an extra service, we also offer you the option of delivering, exchanging or returning items that you have purchased online at Cabriofactory and in our store in Lichtenvoorde. When choosing this option, we ask you to take the purchase invoice with you to exchange or return an item in the store.

Cabriofactory is not responsible for damage or defects during or after assembly.

Processing of your complaint

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation on your e-mail address. Within 14 days, you will receive a message on your e-mail about the progress of your complaint.
